Human Resources Analyst
I started working at Birla Carbon in September 2017 as HR Analyst for Europe and Africa. A big motivational factor is that my work has an international impact. I’m responsible for the data analytics of the region as well as for the development and implementation of international HR projects. Mine is a coordination role.
Working for BC has increased my response flexibility and my adaptability to very different cultural scopes and communication ways. I gained deeper knowledge in using technologies that I knew before since the requirements at BC are higher. Employees at BC get always trained according to the needs of their job.
In this position you have the good things from the local and the global roles: while staying in touch with the people in your local unit, you must keep engagement with global processes and international units, so you always feel connected to both environments.
Passion is my driving value in life, the motor that moves everything. Passion is in sport, in family life and in art, and leads automatically to commitment. I would be lost without this two values. Integrity and seamlessness are the rules we chose to play the game of life, and therefore the frame that defines our work.
I consider my career at BC to be a path to be discovered. In this changing environment is unrealistic to think that my work will be the same in 3 years: technologies change, people change and requirements change, so my career will be constantly redefining. This matches my character.
