I have worked for Birla Carbon Egypt since 1998. I was a fresh graduate started my career in Quality department. I completed my MBA in 2011 and same time I moved to work for Regional RCB Tech Service. A year later, a vacancy arose to be Head of BCE Quality I held the position for three years. In December 2016, I was promoted to the position of Vice-President of the plant. And now I’m Unit Head.

Birla Carbon is a great place to work. I had a great experience. Management is very supportive, provides training to continue learning new skills. I got opportunities to advance my career and to work with some great people from all over the world.

Over two decades that I’ve worked for Birla Carbon, I have learned a lot and built a solid reputation. As a woman, I got the opportunity to have a leading position. My job developed me to be strong and independent women makes decisions, does things alone, confident, does not complain, take risks & invests in myself.

I am proudly associated with Birla Carbon for more than 20 years. I feel very grateful to have had the opportunity to join Birla Carbon as my first place to work and I wish to continue with till end of my employment. I got recognized by the Group and won the Distinguished Achiever award in 2014, and the Value Torchbearer award in 2015.

As I always say, I am very passionate about my company, it occupies a special place in my heart.
