Birla Carbon has enabled me to develop my career as an engineer, exploring different areas in a very challenging way.

I joined the company in June 2015 as SHE Manager. It is very important to me that I can contribute to safe work with expertise. My job is to ensure the operation and development of occupational safety, environmental protection and fire protection.

I started working at Birla Carbon in September 2017 as HR Analyst for Europe and Africa. A big motivational factor is that my work has an international impact. I’m responsible for the data analytics of the region as well as for the development and implementation of international HR projects. Mine is a coordination role.

I joined Birla Carbon in October 2017 as Regional Sales Manager SBB. I decided to accept the offer that Birla Carbon made me as it fit my wish of working for a dynamic company where I could play a pro-active role.

I started working in Birla Carbon in April 2017 as Customer Service for a maternity leave substitution. During this period, I followed also logistics tasks and the first steps of the regional warehouse, until the roles were revised last year. Starting from February 2019, I am warehouse manager in Trecate Plant.

I have worked for Birla Carbon Egypt since 1998. I was a fresh graduate started my career in Quality department. I completed my MBA in 2011 and same time I moved to work for Regional RCB Tech Service. A year later, a vacancy arose to be Head of BCE Quality I held the position for three years. In December 2016, I was promoted to the position of Vice-President of the plant. And now I’m Unit Head.
